What you fail to mention is that we offered to email you a PREPAID return postage. If that did not work for you, you could also mail the item back, and we will REFUND your shipping cost.

We do not ship out replacements without getting the product back. 99.9% of customers understand that they have to return product first. And the fact that we offered you pre-paid postage makes this really a non issue. And furthermore, we also gave you the option of sending the item back, and refunding the shipping cost.

This is really all we are able to do. Our policies are in place because of the many people that abuse the RMA system, promising to send items back, and rarely do.

Screaming at our CSR and calling her "LIAR" is also not appreciated. She stated that AMAZON.COM employs the same policy. You get prepaid postage via email, you send it back, and all is good. For this you called her a Liar?

Most of our customers absolutely love our customer service and hassle free postage paid policies. We are very sorry that these policies do not work for you. There are countless companies that do not provide pre-paid postage. We have tried to bend over backwards for you, but you are not happy with sending us the product back within the means that we have available.

I do not have a working printer. Therefore in order to take advantage of your "offer" I would have to go out and purchase a 50 dollar printer.

I screamed at no one. That is a lie. I called no one a liar. That is a lie. She told me several times that the standard warranty in the industry was only two weeks. That was a lie and I called her on it. The shortest warranty on batteries I could find was 28 days and the longest was two months. NOT two weeks as is your warranty policy. You have not bent at all.

She also told me I was beyond the warranty period. I told her the battery died within the warranty but there was no way to contact you over the weekend and she snarkily replied," Well we deserve a day off sometimes." As if I was implying you didnt.

I asked you to please send a pre paid bubble envelope and I would drop the battery in it happily. But to throw good money after bad hoping youll live up to your word after your CSR repeatedly lied to me would constitute insanity on my part.


Heres a video of the said battery...now batteries as ALL THREE batteries died within three weeks. Defective products and the worst CS I have experienced from an ecig vendor. Search back my posts and see the glowing reviews I have posted about OTHER vendors. Especially how THEY actually did "bend over backwards" to make things right and provide me with working hardware.

99.99% of our customers appreciate the fact that we pay for return shipping via pre-paid shipping label sent to your email. And if they do not want to do that, they have an option of sending product back via first class mail and we refund your shipping cost.

Interestingly, we have received numerous phone orders after this negative feedback thread opened, and the feedback we are getting from customers is that they will now shop with us as we offer this easy exchange policy.

It is impossible to make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time. There is always someone who will never be happy no matter what the company tries to do.i

We suggest to any customer to read policies before ordering. Especially in the case of malfunctioning hardware. You will find that our policies are some of the most generous.

Again, very sorry that these two return options do not work for you.
