I just called them with an issue about an attie that I bought 5 weeks ago and haven't used yet. It didn't work. I called them, explained the issue, and with one word to the manager the csr offered to send a new one even though the doa limit had expired.
I have always had good experiences with them and I thought that they should be recognized.
