I wanted to comment on the positive Customer Service (CS) I received from the folks at ecigexpress.
I facilitated a battery order through their website, noting these batteries were priced and sold in pairs. I ordered (2) pairs = (4 batteries) but I timely tracked and received my order as only having (1) pair. I simply created an online ticket from their website indicating my order deficiency and received a prompt and polite apology and follow up with tracking completing my original order quantities.
Just wanted to bring to light that I received excellent CS, communication and resolution for my issue. Now, that's what I'm talking about. Thx, ecigexpress ~ I'll be back!
