We are going to do what no one else here on ECF has ever dreamed of. We are offering a 6 Month Replacement warranty on your BoxMod.

If in 6 Months your BoxMod fails, email us. We will give you an RMA number for you to send it back in. When we get it, we will ship you out a BRAND NEW one, you only have to cover the $8 Flat shipping charge.

This offer is valid for ALL BoxMods or PT mods available. This does not include "DIY Kits". Offer is only valid once per purchase. Physical damage or abuse is not covered. If you send in your BoxMod for a replacement and its physically damaged, we will send it back to you at your cost.

This Replacement Warranty does NOT cover damage do to the following - Abuse - Physical Damage - Damage from batteries - Exploding Li-Ion batteries - or BoxMods that have been tampered with or altered.

I think this is a fantastic idea...and it shoved me over the fence and I've already ordered one. Especially after Elendil saying he really liked the ones that he had received from you.

This is fantastic customer service. Who else offers warranties like this ? I've bought expensive mod's that only could be sent back in the first week if you werent satisfied...now that i think about it..i was rather stupid for even purchasing one.

Great idea...and I for one really appreciate it. It's nice to not have to worry about a wire coming lose or a connection not working properly, then worrying about how you are going to get it fixed....especially since im the worse person ever with a soldering iron...im dangerous even.
