NOTICE: PayPal has screwed me. *** THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WONT GET A PRE-ORDERED PRODUCT*** After many times contacting them, they assured me that I was in compliance and they wouldn't give me any more problems. I woke yesterday to find that the account has been permanently disabled, with over $1000 in the account.
I am trying to get this resolved, but I have no access to anything in PayPal at the moment, including payments, addresses, etc.
If there are any Lawyers on ECF that can help me with this, please send me an email. Both times PayPal contacted me, I did everything that they told me I had to do... and it seems convenient that they waited till there was a lot of money in the account.
I am waiting to hear back from Michelle. She helped me last time.
I just don't understand. They reviewed my website 2x... after each incident and told me that I was in compliance. I have not added anything back that they asked me to remove.
So all the money is gone... and I don't know if we can survive this ordeal. We will still finish out the orders that have come in. unfortunately, the shipping money for the juiceboxes is gone... as is the preorder money for the new Vape360. All the work we have done in the last month for nothing. Every bit of our profit is gone, and now we have no money to continue to buy parts/supplies.
I have no access, at all, to any payments received/sent through PayPal. I can't go any further than the first page. I have email records of some payments, but not all of them. Do *not* email me with something saying... I have paid... make sure I get mine. You will get yours... and PLEASE don't spam the mailbox with that, or addresses or anything. I will post on the site if I need your information. I will most likely contact you via PM on ECF, or by email.
