Your site is good, Craig!
Like everyone else said, you need to wait til word gets out first though. And, first impressions are everything. There's a few things on the site that need cleaned up a bit, in my opinion at least(which may be very wrong!).
1. Too many options on the left side of page.
26 Buttons is too many. It's confusing. Try grouping similar things together.
Combine Gallery and Videos into 'Media'.
Combine Li-ion into 'DIY parts'.
Combine Warranty and shipping into 'Our Policies' or something like that.
Get rid of atomizers, batteries, starter kits, cartridges, and put them into separate categories like Joye 510, DSE801, DSE901.
Main and home should be combined somehow. Maybe use a smaller font?
Nothing comes up for DIY kits, passthroughs, forum, reviews, ecm juice, or tutorials(none of the links for tutorials work). Either add something to them, or remove them til you have them. Empty inventory looks shady.
2. Make it so that when you click on a smaller picture, it opens up a bigger version of it.
When you click on certain items now, it comes up with one of the same size. It's hard to see details well. Also, all items should have pictures!
3. More Craig T. Nelson!
4. There's a few things without prices/descriptions.
5. You have to spend money to make money! Contests and stuff are cool, and a good idea. More advertisement is needed though. Open up a supplier forum on ecf, have a banner ad run on ecf, give keveck stuff so he'll say nice things about you...
6.I know you're working on it, but paypal has gotta go!
7.Shipping should adjust based on your order. Right now, if I were to order one empty bottle, it would charge me $8 to ship it. If I were to order 1000 510 kits, also $8...
Add first class shipping with delivery confirmation as your standard shipping process.
Add a dummy item on the site for an upgrade to priority shipping.
Doing this will let you drop the
normal shipping charge to $3.50 or so, and you'll still usually come out on top. First class for small items is around $1.50-$2.00.
Reviews, word of mouth, and first impressions. That's what it's all about! No bad reviews! Keep your customers happy and they'll keep you happy.
