Seems to me you're doing everything right.

Having lots of contests, giveaways, coming up with new products..Your site looks great.

Other than money is tighter these days...it may be due to so many new vendors coming from every direction. Or maybe it's springtime, and people are just staying outside more.

I have a feeling when you release this new mod, it will pick up enormously.

I think your doing all right. You just need to wait untill your products get out there and people start using them and comenting on how good they are. As far as the regular stuff like starter kits, juice etc. go a great number of people here started vaping because smoking is becoming increasingly exspensive. They are going to find the best deal on the best product for the money they can get. I for one do alot of buying on alot of sites that have specials on the products I'm looking for. Sometimes the deal is so good on a product that I don't even need that I buy it anyway. You'll do okay just give it a little time. Best of luck to you Craig.

Could be that ^^^^

Or:

:) as to why hits and no bites.....

I just found you, and checking out the site now. Personally, I always check out a site first. Browse around, note what they carry, how much prices are, then bookmark the site on my computer if it looks good.

Next I check around the forum to see if there are good comments or bad comments regarding the vendor. If you don't have multiple bad remarks, you stay in my bookmarks.

THEN, when I have the money (already spent my budget this month, %^$#%!) and I need what ever item it may be... I go check my bookmarks, compare prices between vendors in that catagory (whatever I'm searching for) and BUY BUY BUY

so far, the prices look good :) (pictures could use a little improvement) but everything else seems OK! If you check out around the forums, I'll most likely be back near the first of the month.

HTH!

When it comes to the site, I would suggest providing the ability to enlarge the pics...........my eyes ain't so good late at night.........
I second that i cannot enlarge them and that drives me nutz!

But i also agree after this mod comes out if it is anything like i you say reviews will be your friend! ppl will want one!

Craig,

Just a suggestion from me, you need to improve your home page by removing the big warning letters and make it much cooler looking and attractive, choose a color back ground and put pictures of your products on that home page, the biggest sellers too, and market market market, everyday, keep running contest, use every tool in the box of knowledge to advertise and market, most small companies don’t have enough capitol for advertising or don’t do it properly and a big reason for failure, and keep grinding everyday, start up is the hardest part.!!!

Your site is good, Craig!
Like everyone else said, you need to wait til word gets out first though. And, first impressions are everything. There's a few things on the site that need cleaned up a bit, in my opinion at least(which may be very wrong!). :)

1. Too many options on the left side of page.

26 Buttons is too many. It's confusing. Try grouping similar things together.
Combine Gallery and Videos into 'Media'.
Combine Li-ion into 'DIY parts'.
Combine Warranty and shipping into 'Our Policies' or something like that.
Get rid of atomizers, batteries, starter kits, cartridges, and put them into separate categories like Joye 510, DSE801, DSE901.
Main and home should be combined somehow. Maybe use a smaller font?
Nothing comes up for DIY kits, passthroughs, forum, reviews, ecm juice, or tutorials(none of the links for tutorials work). Either add something to them, or remove them til you have them. Empty inventory looks shady.

2. Make it so that when you click on a smaller picture, it opens up a bigger version of it.
When you click on certain items now, it comes up with one of the same size. It's hard to see details well. Also, all items should have pictures!

3. More Craig T. Nelson!

4. There's a few things without prices/descriptions.

5. You have to spend money to make money! Contests and stuff are cool, and a good idea. More advertisement is needed though. Open up a supplier forum on ecf, have a banner ad run on ecf, give keveck stuff so he'll say nice things about you... :D

6.I know you're working on it, but paypal has gotta go!

7.Shipping should adjust based on your order. Right now, if I were to order one empty bottle, it would charge me $8 to ship it. If I were to order 1000 510 kits, also $8...

Add first class shipping with delivery confirmation as your standard shipping process.
Add a dummy item on the site for an upgrade to priority shipping.

Doing this will let you drop the normal shipping charge to $3.50 or so, and you'll still usually come out on top. First class for small items is around $1.50-$2.00.

Reviews, word of mouth, and first impressions. That's what it's all about! No bad reviews! Keep your customers happy and they'll keep you happy.
