Unfortunately that won't happen. Nic juice isn't authorized for sale, so I would be shocked if any Provincial government condoned it. Moreover, ecigs haven't even been classified as a Nicotine Replacement Product in the States. You won't even see them on a list down there. They are regulated as tobacco products, not health products.

It will only happen when the government finds a way to tax the hell outta e-juice. We might be better off the way things are now in the long run. I can see it now $30.00 + HST for 5ml/24mg unflavored - lol
