The more popular this gets the more they are going to want to take it over and tax the hell out of it. Then after we get accustomed to paying they will push us off to the side and treat us a second class citizens again. I'm happy where it is right now, walking that fine line of "banned" but not enforced. Last thing I want is to have to go to the gas station everyday to buy a pack of cartos, because that is my only choice.

Or where buying some juice and some blanks = roll your own. That is not the direction this should go.

It should never be taxed like cigarettes. The government's justification for high taxes on cigarettes has always been to offset the health care costs, and to encourage people to stop smoking. As far as we know, there is no reason to do those when it comes to ecigs, so how can it be justified?
