OK
LOL, i probably was near OD on nico using that stupid gum. I had hiccups like crazy and felt sick (very clear signs of nico OD). The entire concept of gum, patches, etc is pure stupidity. Most of the addiction is smoking - not nicotine.

Precisely why me, and most others wanted to smoke even though nico was flowing out of my ears...

I have only been at this for a few days now but I stopped using analogs from day one (so far). The behavioral part of smoking is very strong. Two things I noticed so far:
1. Often I can crush a craving for a cig by vaping even non-nicotine juice.
2. I still feel a craving occasionally but it is for the stupid things like actually lighting the thing and flicking the ash.
Its the behavior for me that was difficult to break. This method is superior to all the other replacement techniques at least for me.

I'm really encouraged by all the posts of those who have put down analogs from day one of vaping. I ordered two sets on Friday, first a Blu starter set, then after reading more on this forum I went ahead and purchased a Joye 510 and some e-juice. I'm hoping to follow suit and stop the analogs completely upon the arrival of the 510. I'm assuming the Blu won't get here for another month, based on the shipping hassles I have read.)
