Before I placed the order, I contacted Dawn to see if I could order more LorAnn flavors with my kit (they weren't for sale on the website at that point). I expected to see a response the next morning. She emailed me back within 20 mins. I was very impressed that Dawn was still there to help me out after normal business hours.
Dawn said that she is happy to customize orders, but I could get a better price on the flavoring by going directly through LorAnn's. I was very surprised and impressed that she directed me to another company to help me save money. It's not every day you see that sort of thing. It turned out that the shipping through LorAnn's caused the price to almost double, so I decided to order my flavors from Dawn.
I was a little confused by the order process, but Dawn was really nice about it. She responded to my emails very quickly and gave me her phone number in case I had additional questions. I also spoke with Dawn over the phone on Wednesday. She was very friendly and helpful.
My kit went into the mail Wednesday evening and I received it Friday. I've been having fun with it ever since. Dawn seriously thought of everything when she put together this kit. She also included some extras in the kit, like a mixing cup and stir sticks. I was able to sit down with the instructions in the kit and within minutes I was vaping some delicious blackberry cotton candy that I mixed up.
This kit is way too much fun. It was a really good price too. If you are interested in mixing your own juice, I really think it's the way to go. The kit makes everything so easy.
All in all, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I will definitely order from Dawn in the very near future. She is an honest businesswoman and a pleasure to work with. She really cares about her customers and values our feedback. I trust her products and that she will offer them at a fair price.
