When I go to a restaurant I don’t expect good service but on those rare occasions when a server goes out of their way to provide good customer service I make it a priority to let the establishment know that their employee guaranteed my repeat business and my appreciation. So when I came across Dawn at Ecigsmokestore.com I felt the need to do the same.
Somewhere in this forum is a post I made about her customer service (this was before I even received the product) so I’d like to make that my first review point. Her customer service is excellent! 10/10
When you call the number on the website you are speaking with Dawn or her husband. They are cheerful, professional, and willing to address your needs. I’ve ordered from over 10 companies in the past and this was by far the best service and the ONLY time I’ve talked directly to the person who would be filling my order. I had unique issues with ordering and they were able to find a solution and get my order processed. Amazing, I know! A company that actually wants your money for a change!
The variety on her site will also put other companies to shame. She has a multitude of flavors backed up with many different liquid strengths and bottle sizes. Her “Do It Yourself” kits also add an even new horizon to the e-juice aficionado.
So, I was fairly impressed by their service but I’m not prone to bouts of optimism so I waited for my order to arrive just keeping it in the back of my mind with no real interest. As I said before I have gone through 10+ companies before for big orders and all have been lack-luster when I finally received the product. I didn’t have to wait long though for my thinking to change. My order was processed, made, shipped and received in lightning speed. Processing and Shipping – 10/10
Now for the products. In my opinion these e-juices outshine her customer service and order processing. I received a 12 pack 20ml 36mg sampler of the following flavors (listed in no particular order)

The first thing to note is that the flavors taste exactly as you would expect them to taste. I know that might seem like a strange thing to say but every company I have ordered from thus far has had flavors that were “perfumey”, tasted like chemicals, or just not as advertized (Eastmall’s “Marlb” flavor for example tastes like walnuts). To quote Charlie from Willy Wonka “The schnauzberries taste like schnauzberries!” That being said not every flavor was for me and yet others were more than you could ever expect. My wife and I have been feverishly exploring our new flavor toys since our order arrived and here are our results:

Highlights:
Cinnamon Roll – I wish I have a web cam to do a video review of just this juice. It is like you are inhaling a pastry. You will think you are cheating your diet on this one. The vapor smells like Granma’s house.
Coffee – I am not a coffee fan but my wife is and she said if I didn’t talk good about this flavor I’d miss out on a foot rub. The flavor is exactly like well made coffee. My wife’s previous brand “cappuccino” tasted like a burnt cup of convenience store coffee. This flavor in comparison to others puts them in the dust.
Red Hot – I felt like I had a bag of the actual candies in my hand while vaping this juice. I am generally not a fan of strong flavors but this is a real treat.
Overall, I give Dawn at Ecigsmokestore.com a full 10 of 10 on customer service, flavors, processing, and variety. Not all of her flavors will tantalize everyone’s taste buds but they will at least taste as advertized. You know what flavors you enjoy so ordering flavors for your cravings will be easy.
I know it seems like I am over valuing this product but if it had been another average shipment of juice or even only a "bit above par" I wouldn't even have felt it worth my time to write a review. As I said it's not something I am prone to do unless I feel that it was an outstanding product. I think that everyone should give her juice a try it is by far the best product I have seen to date and I have about 900~1000 mils of other companies product to test it against.
