I placed an order with ecigsplus.com and a few days later I noticed that I was charged twice for the transaction. I wrote an email about the error and shortly thereafter received both an email and a phone call from Mike Feoranz. Mike immediately apologized for the error and processed a refund. He also emailed me again when the refund was processed. Sure enough, within a day the refund went through.

Kudos to ecigs plus for lightning fast and courteous customer service! I will definitely be shopping with them again.
