hi guys, having successfully purchased a DSE601 pipe from this website, and thinking the nearly two weeks to arrive seemed reasonable(the payment goes out to a guy with a chinese name, so I assume its from china, despite the .co.uk web address, and Birmingham UK business address), I decided to buy an additional DSE601 atomiser, with an additional twin pack of eliquid(despite it not being particularly cheap) shortly afterwards. well, the new atomiser arrived, again within a reasonable timeframe, but without the eliquid. both items were listed on the shipping slip, so i supposed they should have been in the same package. I contacted ecigwarehouse.co.uk about this, and received no reply.waited another few days, and messaged them again, as still no reply:

As I have still received no reply, and am still out of pocket £20 for invisible eliquid, I thought I should do ecigwarehouse.co.uk the favour of warning all you good folks who maybe reading to have nothing to do with them; they will happily take your payment, not send what you ordered, and then ignore you....guess I should be happy they haven't emptied my bank account, being such trustworthy swindling thieves.... anyway - don't order from ecigwarehouse.co.uk! if they screw everybody for £20 they're rich little *%@#'s!​

while I accept this apology, and hope the e-liquid I'm missing from this guy/"company" finally arrives, I have in the meantime ordered from the far wider variety(and undoubtedly better quality) from Liberro, and having ordered it sunday afternoon, and received it tuesday, I think I'll be sticking with Liberro, and/or other much more reputable businesses. thanks for getting back to me ecigwarehouse, but I won't be bothering in future, and still wouldn't recommend others to either

have finally received the order for eliquid, much belated, but at least I'm not out of pocket. thanks Ecigwarehouse. I will however be going elsewhere in future
