I ordered 24 10ml bottles of concentrated flavouring + extra bottles for less than $70. Shipping was only $15 which I thought was pretty awesome coming from overseas.
Inawera are based in Poland and even though I haven't tried their stuff yet, it's apparently very good according to some reliable people in the DIY subforum. Similar concentration to flavourart so you don't need much. It's the cheapest I can find for that size and quality. Will follow up with a review when I receive my order.

I bought my first ego T starter kit with 2 x 50ml bottles of Flavor for $59.99.. off a lady in Brisbane Qld. I found her on facebook.. I received it 3 days after I ordered it with no problems.. Don't know if she delivers interstate but I guess if you just message her she will tell you..

yes I like heaven-gifts.com, they have a couple of different shipping options which are quite fast usually. I am having some kind of dermatological problem with my mouth which I have to get checked out/ so I have just invested in the joytech VG based liquid for a change which was expensive about 13.00 or so but they have heaps of other ones hangsen, dekang, vg and pg, at various prices, including half that price and I quite like the quality and flavours. I'm just hoping I notice the quality difference with the joytech liquid, I was hoping it would arrive by today (fri) but guess I'm going to have to wait out the weekend. I've just been using their dekang up until now and that wasn't too bad. Another good place with good flavours in the 10ml bottles (not the 50 ml bottles) is dealxtreme, they have free shipping but it takes ages to get here, I really like the cigar-cherry flavour from there that you don't seem to be able to get anywhere else. I'm probably going to be relying on heaven-gifts from now on as I want to use quality vg based products and I like how they are a specialist e-liquid store with good choices and sizes of bottles and have good shipping.
Hardware is different I get new attys and batteries and stuff from the Australian supplier evape.com.au and they're really good - stuff arrives by parcel post in a couple of days.

This might help a little. It's a screencap of my bookmarks on vendors. I went to each site, added juices to the cart, created a fake account when needed, to see how much shipping would cost to Sydney.
In case it isn't clear, the first example: "mtbakervapor.com ($6.55 for 1, $12.75 for 5, $16.75 for 10)". Read that as "$6.55 for 1 bottle of juice, $12.75 for 5 bottles of juice", and so on.

I personally will not buy e-juice from China, having had some nasty experiences with incorrecly labeled e-juice with nic content from a couple of sources. I now mix my own and am very happy with the range of concentrates that Juice Factory has as well as anothe called Aussie e cigs. I would not consider it good value if any one sells RTV juice in Australia over 60c ml.
Their nic comes from my freedom smokes in US.......no guarantee of authenticity with batts either. Pricey!
