It seems it is probably KR808D-1 based on a couple of mentions on the web.
KR808D-1 is the most popular 2-piece slim mini in the US and a real 3.7v slim mini (that is great voltage for a slim mini). We usually get them from Vapor4Life or the newer rubberized style SmokelessImage Volt, Bloogplanet Maxxfusion or Halocigs G6. We also buy the original manufacturer (Kanger) model in plain colors (cost about $12 per battery compared for $15-18 for the fancy colors from the others)
None of those companies do anything to make the cartomizer hard to refill. They all sell blank cartomizer and
eliquid too. Most offer manual batteries which is what most people here use and recommend if you will be refilling cartomizers to get 4-7 days use out of each. The Vapor4Life and kanger has a normal size button on the manuals and a mostly sealed threaded end. The rubberized ones have a very tiny somewhat recessed button but a totally sealed threaded end. both are good when refilling cartos. Autos have an open hole in the threaded end and inside that hole their necessary drag switch and if
juice gets in there it can damage or destroy the battery. Manuals are much much harder to hurt with leaks. And manuals make it easier to get a good hit.
I also recommend the standard aka 78mm batteries (makes a 120mm ecig w/ a carto) - they are 280 to 320 mah (100 mah is about 1 hour of moderate
vaping). The small shorty aka 65mm batteries are 180 to 220mah (the rubberized once claim the slightly higher mah)
I use KR808D-1 manuals as one of my two slim mini models.
The end of the ECV92 battery looks a bit different from any KR808D-1 I have even seen. The slotted end of its battery implies they use those cartos that may NOT be slotted across their post which means its cartos would be incompatible with real KR808D-1. I also do not like the looks of that huge hole in the battery. On the other hand it is cheap for Canada. If you get it, and you plain to refill cartos (assuming they don't glue on the caps or otherwise make it messy) but a spare battery because you may kill one with a leak pretty easily.

Even the link says KR808D-1
Looks like you can refills cartos and they sell blanks (ugh inner seal but at least there is a defined center air channel)

Should be fine. Just buy a spare battery.
