Good evening everyone,
We are finally caught up on orders, most of which went out today. There are two orders completed and packed that will go out with tomorrow's shipments. Aside from that, we are working with a clean slate for orders, and we will announce the contest winner tomorrow. We have partly automated the selection process, and we will fully automate it before the next contest to make it less of a task.

I am also happy to announce that most of the equipment and materials we need to streamline our processes have come in, and we will work out the details before our next event to safeguard against similar back-ups. I would like to thank everyone again for participating--and for being so patient.
