In the old forum format, I was able to see my previous edits to my posts where I had made edits. Is this still possible? If so, how? I am not seeing it now.

You should be able to see edits in the PIF forum as you are a moderator there. Look for the History link at the bottom of the post.

I meant anywhere on the forum, but not what others said, simply what I said in the edits (I remember they were color-coded like red and green or something like that). But I guess that's gone now if you didn't mention it.

This is correct. Edits are no longer viewable unless you have moderating abilities.
