Effects of voltage and wattage

I finally got my hardware together! I got a good deal on a Smoktech ARO Winder 2000mah VV/VW battery. I know it is a little more than was looking for as a starter but after shopping around, I decided to try it. My main questions right now regard the adjustable voltage and wattage.

What setting should I start with the wattage? How does the voltage and wattage effect my vaping experience?

I have have paired this battery with a nautilus Mini. I dont know if this matters at all with regards to my questions.

Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

Start with the lowest setting, work your way up slowly until you find the best quality of vape for you.

Voltage affects wattage. Higher volts, or lower resistance coils, increase wattage. Watts are a measurement of work or energy your coils are putting out. Higher watts = hotter coils = more vapor production. Coils that get too hot, however, can negatively affect flavor, or at the extreme, burn or singe the wicking material, permanently affecting the taste.

In a Naut Mini, most people seem happy between 8 and 20 watts.

hi knightowl and welcome. With my Nautilus Mini I have on my mod is set on watts and run 12-13 watts (4.9 volts) on fruits, and a lower 9-10W for bakery/ desserts as a general rule. Each juice has it's own "sweet spot" so starting low and working your way up is a great technique to start. The mini can handle more watts, but I find it un enjoyable above 15 watts. Good luck.
