How about an E-Power with 18650 battery at 2200mAh? Not exactly as slim as an Ego though...

I think 1100 is the biggest for the eGo. But there are many mods which have much bigger batteries which can last 2 days or more. You should check out something like the silver bullet from AltSmoke.

you could always try the ego 1000MAH pass-through battery, not as big as stated above, but if you're anywhere with usb port, you can keep vaping and charge at the same time.
