Are they genuine JoyeTech batteries?

The reason I ask is because although you can get quality clones at cheaper prices, you risk getting shipped something from a bad batch. That's not to say that JoyeTech is immune to QC problems, but I've heard of far fewer problems from the genuine article than from clones.

I would contact the vendor and see what your options might be. If they are a quality vendor, they will offer a real solution and probably replace the batteries free of charge. If they aren't willing to work with you on this issue, I wouldn't do business with them again.

yes, i have my ONE battery charging right now, the blue light is on, and the red light on the charger is on. Is it possible to kill a battery in 2 days??

I would definately contact the vender. You should still have some type of warrenty on those batteries. As long as you're using the prescribed charger for those batteries, you shouldn't have any problem getting them replaced for free. It is NOT normal for eGo batteries to go bad like this. Just your lucky day I guess.:(

You might also want to inspect the connections on both the batteries and charger. I'd wipe off both thoroughly with alcohol first, then make sure the post is not sunken too deep so that they aren't making an connection. Sometimes you can just jiggle the posts up a little with a paper clip so they make better contact. Good luck!

Like others have mentioned I would check the outlet and then the charger.
Unlikley that all of those batts would fail at the same time unless someting specific is causing it. Outside of the charger it doesn't sound like the gear could be causing faults or shorts
Only way I can see that much failure happening is if the batts all came out of the same batch and the batch is bad.

I did read somewhere that the Ego requires a specific charger. Maybe it is mismatched and causing the failure.
I am new too but and so far only use genuine Joyetech batts and chargers. Haven't had a single one fail, yet.

By the way, if you are out of gear, go to Walgreens and get a Blu disposable until you can resupply. The new generation of those is not better.Don't pick up a stinky.
Good luck.

Not the charger.....have my last working battery charging now. Blue light is on the batt., and the red light is on the charger.

Blue light????? What blue light? No lights on the Ego battery should be on while charging. The button when pressed should light up but it looks white to me. The battery light should blink several times when you plug it in but should not stay on, sounds like a short to me.
