Yes, the specs are correct, you want 420mAh output for your eGo batteries, and it looks like a 510 connection, but they don't specify... Maybe grab this one--it has a longer cord and at least says that it fits eGo batteries:

I use an USB Joyetech fast charger that I bought locally with a wall adapter (AKA wall wart) that has following specifications:

INPUT: 100-240v; 50/60 Hz
OUTPUT: DC 5v; 500 mAh

I believe it's the safest way to charge eGo-class batteries. I don't charge from the USB port on my computer; those cheap chargers (and batteries) sometimes malfunction/short/melt and I don't want to take any risks. I wouldn't use my smart phone charger either, even if I could, for the same reason. And I never leave my batteries on the charger unattended, that means overnight or when I'm not around.
