Ego Battery Charger

I am looking at buying some $8.68 650mAh Rechargeable Battery for Ego Electronic Cigarette (2-Pack) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping from fasttech. If i am correct i want to purchase a charger with 420mAh output. (Please correct me if i am wrong).

I was wondering if i just get this $1.61 Electronic Cigarette USB Charging Cable (3cm) at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping can i use my cell phone charger which has USB input with this charger cable.

Yes, the specs are correct, you want 420mAh output for your eGo batteries, and it looks like a 510 connection, but they don't specify... Maybe grab this one--it has a longer cord and at least says that it fits eGo batteries:

I use an USB Joyetech fast charger that I bought locally with a wall adapter (AKA wall wart) that has following specifications:

INPUT: 100-240v; 50/60 Hz
OUTPUT: DC 5v; 500 mAh

I believe it's the safest way to charge eGo-class batteries. I don't charge from the USB port on my computer; those cheap chargers (and batteries) sometimes malfunction/short/melt and I don't want to take any risks. I wouldn't use my smart phone charger either, even if I could, for the same reason. And I never leave my batteries on the charger unattended, that means overnight or when I'm not around.
