Is it safe to use this IQ-Power charger with eGo's and other batteries?

I got this charger and am wondering if it's safe to use on 650mAh eGo's, 900mAh eGo's, T-Rex and vGo's, and 1000mAh eGo's using their respective USB chargers. One of the USB chargers got warm so I got worried.

Will it shorten battery life?

From the specs alone it doesn't seem like you will have an issue using it to charge your ecig type batteries... I would be weary of using it for a PT though since the amps could be a little iffy on that product for vaping.
