Few ego batt questions;

Are there only 3 batteries for the ego? 650, 900, 1000?

I know battery time is different per user, but I kill a 510 battery in about an hour and a half. So with that time frame in mind .......

1. With a standard atty how long will a 650 last me? A 900? A 1000?

2. Same question but with a LR atty?

Piggy back question; Do they make a LR carto?

i used to kill a 510 batt in about the same amount of time. my 650mah ego batts last me for the whole day. you should not have to buy upgrades from the stock kit. i only use LR 510 atties... okay, i might sneak in a 306 LR sometimes, but mostly 510 LR. i'm not sure about the LR carto because i'm mostly direct drip. i use a standard carto if i'm going to be driving for a long time. good luck. hope this helps...

1000mAh is indeed the biggest batt mfr by JoyE.

1 - 1.5 hrs per 100mAh = rule of thumb

Using LR, not recommended but count on reducing overall life and time between recharges by 1/3 - 1/2. (vaping dependant)

Bauway offers less expensive 650mah, 900mah, and 1300mah ego kits. They are also working on a wider 3000mah model, which if tests well will be all anyone who uses 3.7 volts would ever need. Overkill really. The 1300mah lasts me an entire day plus some. But the 650's do seem to be the most stable so far. Still my favorite.

It would be better if one of these manufacturers would make them so we can replace the actual batteries inside in case of failure, like the mods.

have a charger question, sometimes when i screw the batt in the charger the light does not change from green to red, but the battery light blinks.
i have to unscrew it and redo a couple times for it to change... is this normal?
also, after batt is charged and the light goes green, does it hurt to leave them hooked up or do i need to watch it close and unhook as soon as it's done?

Your charger is damaged or not working properly. The battery sees the incoming current flowing and blinks but the charger is not seeing the outgoing current and is shutting down as if the battery was fully charged.

There should not be a problem leaving charged batteries in the charger if it is working right (cutting off the current when the battery is fully charged) that, for me, is enough seeing the light turning from green to red and from red to green. I use to leave the batteries in my charger for many hours after green. I have a mega charger and it acts as battery repository.
