ego booster

Will a ego booster work on a 3.7 volt mod that is using an ego connection? Will I even see much of a difference vaping at 4.2 volts versus 3.7?

I just bought a epipemods pipe and am thinking of trying to turn it into a vv mod, even if it has only a limited range.

Honestly not sure. I think they're made to specifically work on ego batts. Hopefully someone will chime in with an answer.

I have used one on a Boge leo which is 3.7 volts I got 3.6v to 5.1v with the booster . Only way to be sure though is to try it .

The ego booster works on my revolution v2 (though it defeats the bottom feed), lavatube, and provari, all using a pair of 510-510 extenders. I can't test it on my infinity pro because I don't have a long enough connector to fit it--a plain atty won't fire either with those extenders in place.

I think you should be comparing the ego at 3.2V under load vs the 3.3-4.7V you get under load with the booster. On the down side, it really hurts battery life. OTOH, a mod probably won't drop as much under load as an ego battery.
