Am i missing something here,i have an ego c stock setup and ive getting massive vaps and excellent taste.Ive got a vision nova tank slapped on the ego batt and its got muted taste and less vapour and ive got my batt clicked up too 4.2 volts. Why should i get a big mod, dont make sense.

Update: i just switched my coil head from a 1.8 to a 2.4 head and its seems like i am getting better vap and taste, does this mean 2.4 heads are suited for my ego with the nova tanks?

My conclusion is the Jotytech ego c stock setup is what im happiest with.

There is definitely nothing wrong with that. Whatever set up provide you with the best personal enjoyment is the best out there and don't let anyone tell you different. Some people like fine Italian tailored suits while others prefer jeans and a t-shirt. Everyone is different and that is what makes the world a great place.

The best ecig in the world is the one that gets you off & keeps you off analogs, period.

There is a guy that I work with that has stuck with the 7-11 store kits, not the disposibles, but the disposible cartomizer types. I use a ProVari & a Zmax. It cost me less for my cartos & juice than his filled cartos. But, he's a) happy with them & b) he's most likely spent a whole lot less money than me. So who is right & who is wrong? I say neither of us, we are both happy that we aren't smoking. We are both smokefree for over a year.

Heavyrocker,

You're right - you don't need a mod. You are lucky enough to have found a setup that works for you and you are not smoking.

I've been cigarette free for over 2 years now. I haven't ever used a mod. It took a couple of different setups until I got it down but I'm very happy using my ego twists with some vivi novas.

A mod might be a cool thing to own but I don't really need it to stay smoke free. :)

It's just a case of different strokes for different folks.

Did you say you use the ego c atty and cone with the vamo, you must be getting awesome flavour,
I think using the stock tank and cone comes close too dripping,i like the taste better than a vivi tank,i dont understand why some people dont like the taste.I get a good solid thick vap with loads of flavour.
Yes, indeed. I am using 6.5 watts.
But to get more flavour and more vapor, for me, i took out all the inside of the mouthpiece

Im just being honest here too,i have a vision nova that i use on my VV egoc batts and it vapes ok,but it dont compare too vaping 2 ego stock tanks at a time,im starting too think if i get a bigger mod,i still wont get the vap i want as opposed and good taste too with me double barreling my ego c.Im going in too the shop next week and test drive my nova on a vamo,if i get the vap close too double barreling i will buy it,if not,no need too.

LOL...me too.i popped out the inserts from the inside the mouth piece for more air flow, and they still dont leak.

I also find the stock tanks last me most of the day and i have 5,so im never out of juice and they are a snap to change and fill up,easy too work with and i waste less juice and can experiment with different flavours very easily.

I was blowing clouds like a 3408 CAT back in the day.

Naaahhh...loads of vapor, TH outta this world, flavor beyond compare.
Just couldn't put it down. Vaped this way for maybe an hour.
Woke up with a headache this morning.
I hate headaches.

Update:

After going tru 30 mill with my egoc,i just popped out the wick head from the stock atty heads and replaced it with 100% cotton from cutip,i know its not organic cotton but i dont thing its gonna kill me,and i dry burned the coil,it was loaded with gunk, its so good now i cant double barrel, its too much plumes of vapour,it hits like steam locomotive,im thinkn on doing a video,The cotton works way better and its safer that the silca fibers.Ill bet if i install cotton wicks in my nova i will get better hits and taste,im gonna try this soon.

Yes, this is the trick when using Ego C atty to get good vapor and flavor. I have RBA but somehow i always get back to Ego C attys for everday vape.. to me they are very good. I don't know why so many people have a lot of problems with Ego C atty..

What i love about them too is they are easy and not heavy too carry outside,i carry 2 with me in a small leather utilty pouch that fits my in side coat pocket.View attachment 166876

When i change my wick too cotton,i just use tin foil, the mesh is just helps to get the wick in the atty hole, you dont even need mesh or tinfoil, you can feed the wick tru with a piece of thread.

You pulled out the wick from the eGo-C atomizer and stuffed in fibers pulled off the end of a Qtip?

I love my stock eGo-C setup. Even tried several clearos and a LR carto after reading a bunch of hype, thinking surely I must be missing out on something amazing. Nope. (Well, not for me anyhow.) Taste was too muted and everything feels too airy.

However, this Qtip business sounds interesting (if I'm understanding you right). Was it just more vapor, or did it make a recognizable difference in flavor/TH?

Heres another way to replace a wick,i use cotton insted of silica.
