Hey everyone, as the title says own an ego-c and have been using it stock with the tanks for the past few weeks. I wouldn't say I'm unhappy with the performance, but I would definitely say i'd like to be getting the best possible performance out of the device. I was wondering what are some of the best options available for the ego-c in terms of convenience and flavor/overall vapor production.
