The eGo-C has an atomizer cartridge rather than an entire atomizer cone.
I've tested the eGo-C against the eGo-T and the eGo-C seems better to me. It's a derivative of the 510-T atomizer. Which has suited my tastes better..

Check out the E Power. I don't have any Gos but see the long vets recommending them all the time and I trust what the majority says. I guess the E power takes batteries that are way cheaper cause you just replace the battery and not the casing part. It looks like the E go if I remember. Good luck friend. Happy vaping! I've had both and they both function quite similarly. Easy and simple to use. The C felt like it didn't mute the flavor quite as much (YMMV). It is nice to be able to replace the atomizer in the C without having to pay for a new metal cone and the atomizer seemed easier to clean. I got tired of the leaks (and muted flavors) and moved on to the CE4+ ego clearomizer (stardust). They're more expensive and there is a learning curve but IMHO provide a better vape.

That's funny, just a week ago you were pushing someone wanting genuine to copycats saying Joyetech was average. Here you are saying genuine is the best.

I've been using the eGo-C for about a month now and it's been working great, but I don't have any experience with the T, so I can't offer any performance comparison.
The improvements on the C over the T are:
- The "C" stands for "changeable" and it refers to the atomizer. The T atomizer is an all-in-one construction where the entire cone needs to be replaced when the atty is done. The C atomizer is a 3 piece construction design and only the core needs to be replaced when the atty dies. The cost difference right now is ~$10 to $12 for a T atty, compared to ~$4 to $5 for a C atty (in 5 packs).
- The battery improvements (according to the website) include better overload and short circuit protection and a three color button which shows different battery levels. White > 50%; light blue is between 50% and 10%; and dark blue is < %10.

An Ovale eGo-C is just like Cignot eGo-C. My genuine Joyetech says "Cignot" on it instead of "Ovale" or "Joyetech".
Although I've heard Ovale made something at some point that Joyetech took over I'm not sure about that. If that's true Ovale may have some say in company matters, but as far as the eGos go, same thing different name painted on them.
Ovaleusa is listed as an official Joytech distributor on Joyetech's website.
Actually they are pretty similar... The atomizers perform in a very similar way and the changes in the battery are not really important... I don't own the ego-c but I have tried a friend's one. He insists; however, thet the ego-c gives better flavor.

but yes, joyetech manufactures the real/original ego, and they sell rebranded versions of them to other companies that sell genuine egos, like ovale.

when i was planning on getting an ego, the eGo-T (type B) was on top of my list, but i got the eGo-C instead because:
1- The atties are a LOT cheaper (specially in my country where everything is overpriced)
2- I like the new power indicator feature on the ego-c. Now i can know how much battery i have left.

Hi this is my first post. I have both Ego s and I haven't detected a deference in VP or TH. However the C has been a lot less messy or leaky, one of the most infortunate outcomes has been in flavor I have tried dry burns and a drop of water scrupulous cleaning and the flavor of the Joytech Coffee I enjoyed so much is just chemically now. Very disappointing. Maybe it's me, I don't think so but it has been a bummer. I just have so many questions, I wish I hadn't wasted hundreds of dollars already and just gotta a big guy PV. Something with serious voltage.
This is my first post as well. I alternated between two Ego-T atomizers for about four weeks before they needed changing. I was going to buy another one until I discovered the Ego-C atty's. I'm still using the T battery though. I find that the flavour and TH is about the same with the two, using 70/30 PG/VG. I made the switch (atomizer only) only because it seemed more cost efficient. Now I'm not so sure. I'm on my third atomizer head in twelve days. At this rate I'll go through all five in a month. They haven't burnt out on me; the flavour just isn't that great anymore. I'm going to try to clean the old ones but I'm not too optimistic.
I'm going to continue with the C's, at least until I get my mod (Lavatube). I've read that the tank systems don't hold up well at higher voltages so I may have to abandon the whole tank idea.

Update:
In between my last post and now, a brand new atty head had stopped working. Gross, dry hits at first, and then nothing. Pulling out the wick a bit (~1mm) with a pair of tweezers solved the problem instantly. I have my old one's soaking now in isopropyl alcohol, hopefully cleaning some of that gunk off the wick. Hopefully that will fix 'em up!

Ugh, I'm getting frustrated with these atty's. I decided to take apart one of my used ones (and by used, I mean 4-5 day old) only to find out that half the wick is completely black and rock solid. I tried replacing it using some wick from an unused carto but I couldn't get it working properly. On the upside, it turns out that a spike-less, wick-less atty work pretty well for a DD - but that totally defeats the purpose of this whole tank system. Oh well...I guess I can't eat that cake I have...
Try a dry burn. Cycle the atty on for about 4 seconds at a time until you see it glow. If it gets hot doing this I set it down and let it cool then go back to cycling.
After you see it glow toss it in an ultrasonic if you have one or rinse it with water. If you don't have an ultrasonic you may have to take the spike plate off to get it rinsed out.
