eGo-c is newer. That battery has better short and charge protection and the button led goes from white to dark blue as the charge runs out. The atomizer unit is broken down into a base unit, atty head, where you can replace the coil by just replacing the head. @$4-5 per head.
eGo-t atomizer unit is one whole unit. When the coil goes you have to replace the whole unit. @$10-12 per unit.
As far as clearos go, the newer eGo-cc and almost any Kanger is better than the eGo-c and eGo-t attys which can work but require much more maintenance to do so.

I vaped eGo-c's starting with betas for over a year without problems but I knew what needed to be done. Basically it's all in getting the wicking in the right place, prepunching the holes and cleaning regularly. One still has to clean the Kangers regularly if you're not rebuilding. And the coil units are much less expensive to replace.
The biggest problem with the eGo-t's was the burning of ejuice and there really was no good solution for that - less power vaping or using several PV's was about the only way around it.
And that's the juice delivery systems - the batteries are the best out there - esp. the Joye eGo-c upgrade.
