Iv been looking for ego batteries for sale and was wondering what the diffidence in the c,t and w was.

They are the same batteries just the kits (what type atomizer) are differentiated by the letter.
They added some features. The button lights up, and now they will tell you approximately how much charge the battery still has. The upgrades also feature an on/off mechanic, where you click five times to turn the unit on or off.
The upgrade model also lets you turn on unregulated mode. That means when the battery is freshly charged it will give you more power, and a slightly better vape.
