Ego-C Twist: cannot change voltage

Hi. I had got my order today from healthcabin and used e-cig for the first time, being pretty happy with it. However, I ordered 2 Ego-C Twist 900mAh batteries. The first works properly, the second has an issue: I cannot turn the spinning knob to change the voltage at all. It's stuck at 3.2V and it's virtually impossible to twist it. Obviously, I did NOT tried to use something like plier to try and fix it. What should I do? Thank you

Thank you. I've already added a ticket via their HelpDesk, but I really wish I could fix it myself, without the need to wait for the replacement
