I don't have a twist, but a good, nice looking clearo for the ego series is the Slim Vivi Nova. GotVapes has them on sale for $9.45. You can get a thread sleeve for ego batteries in black or chrome from them as well ($2.45). If you look at the pictures on the page for the sleeves, it shows you the Slim Vivi Novas with the sleeve and an eGo battery.

The 2.4ohm head that it comes in will get you an output range of 4.26 - 9.6 watts, depending on what voltage your have the twist at, which is a nice wide range. You'll just have to find the sweet spot for your liquids. You may also want to grab a five pack of heads ($2.95 each, or $2.80 each for 5 or more). You'll need them eventually.

Late to this post, but Matt is right on the mark. Hopefully by now you have the slim "mini" Vivi Nova @ 2.4ohm. I've been using nothing but these for last two weeks. I can assure you, these are easy to fill, no leaks, and the tank is almost an all day vape. I have 4 and bought a 5 pack of heads. When I change liquid all I've done is rinse the wicks after taking it all apart and use a kleenex to dry the thing including the wicks. Refill and vape! As for the Twist, that's what it's for twist. You'll find the sweet spot with most juices from 4.0-4.4 volts. With the thread covers it makes your rig look really cool. Happy vaping!
