The device is personal preference, but the most popular devices appear to be cartos/tanks; Vision ViVi Nova; Vision 2.0 clearomizer; and Kanger T2 (in no particular order).

As for the resistance, probably the best for the range of the twist would be somewhere between 2.4 and 2.8 ohms. That should allow you to use most of the range on your battery with different juices, but it's subjective as to the efficiency of the atomizer device.

OK I've been using a visions v2 but it doesn't get as good flavor as my Dual Coil XL 510 Cartomizers (1.5 ohm). I'm afraid the 1.5 ohms will mess up the battery. i'm using a 2.4 ohms atty should i got to the 3.0 ohms atty?

As for the 1.5ohm DCC, I've heard that it can put 'stress' on the battery and may not be your best option. If you like cartos, perhaps a 1.7ohm to 2.5ohm single coil would work better. I've run 1.7ohm single coil resurrector cartos at ~ 3.7v on the twist with good results.

As for the 2.4ohm atty, that should work fine and I don't think you need to go higher with the voltage range that the twist can provide.

I use 1.8ohm heads sometimes in my Vivi Nova's with no problem. If it were me I'd try the 1.5 and just keep the voltage turned down some. I believe the twists have built-in protection and will signal by flashing and not firing if you exceed the amp limit.

Apparently you will have less battery life going this way. I agree the best in the long run would be the higher ohm ones.

One more question. What r the best kinda cartos to use?

The 3 that seem to get the most praise around here are the Boge and Smoktech for 510 and the Kanger for the 808s. Lately, Boge seems to be having some QC issues and it's iffy that you'll get a bad batch depending on where you get them. I haven't tried the Kangers (yet), and I tend to use the Smoktech myself with 1.7ohm resurrectors in my 3.7v mod tank and 3.0ohm single coils in my other tanks on my ProVari at 5v.

I would recommend that you try some of each to find out which ones you like best.
