So I ordered the 900 maH ego-C twist, just received it and realized that my purchase did not come with a charger. My question is can I use the usb charger, 4.2V 150 mah output that came with my slim joye 510 batts ?

Yes. you can use 4.2v 150mah usb charger for 510 to charge twist batteries, but it will take many hours to charge a twist battery fully.
