Just got mine in today and I'm very stoked the way you can change the voltage.

I like that option. I don't like that you lose the changing of the led regarding how much charge is left but it's worth the feature. Some of my heavier flavors - mostly vape well in the 'constant' (3.4v) mode with 1.8 Tabac BCC's/T3's but occasionally when the draw gets a bit tight, I'll go in the unregulated mode and it tends to 'clean up' the gunk on that atty. But too long in that mode will burn most flavors with the 1.8Ω coil. Coffee can hold up to it but that's about it.

Very glad you like it. Available as a Passthrough also. That's my favorite. Some people think the 2-power selection is gimmicky, but hey it's not like you pay much for it.

I think over time you'll appreciate the quality over most other eGo's.

I thought the eGo C upgrade did let you know when it needs charged, and the regular eGo/knock offs didn't? When mine stops hitting like it should I just swap out batteries and I'm good to go. I see you using a Tabac BCC's how do you like them and where can I purchase them?

True but only in the constant/regulated mode. In the unregulated mode the orange led doesn't change, but I'm usually in constant mode anyway.... few exceptions as noted.

I love my ego c upgraded usb passthroughs. My power strip is on the floor and the little short ego charger means bend over to charge... plus plugging in is just easier. My USBs have long cords that sit at my height so no bending. I vape 1.8 ohms in regulated mode and 2.5 ohms in unregulated. I hardly ever vape when actually connected to usb which would change all that. I do love the warning light in regulated mode too. I wish the generics had the same features the Joye does so I could save some money but I do have one generic 1000 mah passthrough and just make sure I charge it routinely. When my meter arrives in the mail I won't need to guess though.

    Interesting topic on the Tabac/T3:
    http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/clearomizers/365577-tabac-t3-vs-kanger-t.html

For what it's worth, once the coils blew out on my Tabac T3, I replaced all the bottoms with the Kanger T3S bottoms (they fit perfectly and take replaceable coils) and bought Kanger T3S coils to go with. So I can still use those nice large Tabac BCC clearo tubes, just using the T3S bottom and T3S coils.

The Tabac BCC and/or older T3 clearos do not have changeable coils per se, you have to purchase the whole bottom piece/stem/coil piece replacement, (and those are harder to find lately). In other words the Tabac "coil" is integrated into the bottom part of the clearomizer, and the bottom piece/coil is all one piece.)

As for the upgrade C battery, I love them, I see no reason to have a Twist or Spinner because I never vape above about 4.0-4.1 on the dial, so I never really use the dial on the VV batteries.
