If anyone knows anything about this or has tried it I would appreciate any information,

It seems like the only thing it does is raises the voltage as the battery dies. My thought when I bought the EGO-C was that there was very little to no change already as the battery dies. I have been interested in variable voltage batteries where you can change them from 2.1-3.5-4.5 or something similar and I don't think this battery would do it. But the one time I tried to buy one it was a piece of crap and broke within the first day. Any recommendations?

As stated all the 5 clicks do is cut out PWM. Higher voltage but not as satisfying a vape on the stretch. Teh eGo C batt's PWM has been altered same as the batt which is 3/16 longer. IMO not worth the price diff 3.7V is not what it's cut out to be. As batery depletes so does p[erformance whilst under PWM you gat the same hit from start to finish. IMHO way too many folks sprouting 3.7V as the best vape (psychological)

What would you recommend as a good vaping voltage? I know there is another thread but you seem to know what youre talking about haha. Do you feel like it depends on the flavors? or what do you do to decided what voltage to use, trial and error then just take a mental note with each flavor or is there one go to voltage? Thanks

Well that is one opinion, now I did happen to notice that your a supplier with over 8000 comments, so one could assume that your knowledgeable, though my opinion would differ greatly, higher voltages, give bigger plumes, and flavor profiles dramatically change. My all day vape is Boba's, and at 3.3 on an Ego, I find it dramatically lacking, but I set my Provari from anywhere from 3.7 - 4.0, and that is my personal sweet spot, I started on a crappy V2, graduated to the EGO, moved to the Provari, and since exploring Mechanical Mods. But with the the EGO-C upgrade battery, there is a good chance that a EGO-C Type B, with an Upgrade battery will be my out and about toot, seeing how it is small, and very unassuming. Just my 2 cents.

Ya missed the point:)

A regulated device will produce what you are looking for. OTOH at 3.7V UNREGULATED battery sag is a turn off over a constant vape from start to finish, regardless of voltage :) So on an eGO yes I will take PWM any day of the week and twice on Sunday over ten-20 good toots on a 3.7V battery.
