My initial suggestion would be to get some thread adapters and try some different different styles of carts on your ego, maybe one will be just your fit, Thread Adaptors, they i are very cheap but I don't know what threading Ego uses, I'm guessing 510 since people say to get the Boge 510 cartos, I would try those first since that usually is the popular solution. I find that modifying or finding other products that work with your unit is better than running out and buying a new one, especially if you are like a friend of mine that had to wait like 2 months before his wife would let him spend more money to get his eGo lol.

Right now I am using a Reva 510 with a drip tip and lr atty and it works awesome. I was really interested in feedback on the ego-c b/c I like the idea of not having to keep dripping juice in all of the time. Does anyone have one and if so what are the pros and cons? Thanks! 
i agree with what has already been said a few times. Buy a cone and some low resistance atomizers, cartomizers, and a drip tip.

For the record, I own and use the eGo-C with great success. I also use the Boge LR cartos and the Resurrectors (1.7Ω single coil Smoktech cartomizers). They all work fine. There is a learning curve with the eGo-T and eGo-C atties, however.

Keep your batteries and buy a box of LR Boge 2ohm cartomizers. Throw in a drip tip with your order also. Those tank systems suck no matter how you slice them...burnt tastes, leaking, not wicking, dulled tasted, lack of flavor/vapor/TH...they just suck. Boge will work on any 510 threaded battery.

I would skip the condom fill. Too much waste and mess. Just pop off the top, hold it at a 45 degree angle, and fill by dripping down the side while turning it. Should be ready to use almost immediately especially if your juice is thin like 80/20 PG/VG.Make sure u buy from an authorized original or OEM Joye dealer.

stay away from tw junk.. (in my experience) their customer service sucks badly, none of their tanks cartomizers or anything like that work rite at all. a newbie will spend a fortune and end up just going back to smoking.
ego-c is good atomizer if it works well.when have burning taste is for the trash.but if you want to do more with this atomizer try to change the tank cartrigde with the new ovale have plastic by the side and silicone at the center with hole have better liquid control...
