Yes, you can use any cartomizer with a 510 thread on your eGo; including the mega eGo cartos, genuine joyetech cartos, Boge 510 cartos etc. Cignot carries prefilled eGo cartos (Marlboro and Menthol).

Thanks. I was curious because thevaporroom.net sells Joye eG0 cartos for $3 each and Joye 510 cartos for $8 for a 5 pack.
Why would someone choose the eGo if it's about 2x the price?

Because it's twice the size of a Joye carto? It's huge. But not any better, IMO. Perhaps worse. I'm not a fan of either one, honestly. Filling is a mess, you need a syringe, they tend to leak and don't last very long... I like plain old Boge cartos.
