Hi Folks,
Been vaping now for about 6 weeks and really enjoying it, analog free is a wonderful freedom! Okay, to the question or problem at hand. I have the Joyce eGo and am using the big size cartomizers. The cartomizers are really nice, I fill a couple and vape on them all day. The problem is that after about a week or so the cartomizers develop a small hole about a half inch up from the base and is along the seam of the cartomizer. I don't really know what is causing it but one tends to lose some juice out of it as a person is vaping. Any thoughts or suggestions would be great as to why this is happening. FYI, I have cartomizers from a variety of suppliers and they all have this in common.
Thanks for the help!

I haven't had this happen to me but I also haven't been vaping constantly enough on one either. I tend to rotate between different cartos and styles a bit. But, it sure doesn't sound good. A design fault one would think would have shown up by now as they have been out for a while. A bad batch - could be. Lord knows that quality control isn't one of the strengths of e-cig manufacturers throughout Asia. Maybe a redundancy feature, so you need to replace them after a period, who knows.

Maybe someone else might be able to shed some light on this, but mine don't seem to do it, they just tighten up on the draw severely after 3 or 4 fills.

Sorry :(

I believe Vapeon is talking about the Joye Mega Cartomizers. The issue you are referring to is normal. I and others have had this happen after several days of use. Remember these are designed to refill a few times, then thrown them away. I get an average of 3 to 4 days or so and then I replace them.

Hey all! Yes these are the Joye Mega Cartomizers, some suppliers call them the Big Size. I didn't realize this was normal wear and tear as I can get 3-4 weeks out of a Mega Cartomizer. I probably fill mine at least 20-30 times before I finally have to pitch one and I vape all day long on two of these. And generally what finally happens is the inside of the cartomizer becomes loose and may even break off in the battery. Anyway, I was hoping for a miracle cure or answer to why this might be happening. Thanks All!
