eGo-CC Clearomizer Tastes Muted?

Has anyone with an eGo-CC Clearomizer experienced a muting of flavor taste when using it? I have both the eGo-CC and an Aspire BDC, and side-by-side, with the same e-juice, the flavor on the Aspire is 100% stronger/better. Is it normal for two different brands of clearomizers to have such a dramatic taste difference?

I've cleaned my eGo-CC out with 160 proof vodka, swapped out atomizers, but still the same muted flavors.

It's possible that that's just the way it is. Different delivery devices can make flavors vary quite a bit. I have some flavors that are stronger in other clearos than others as well.
