Checking google images for 'CE8' there's a few configurations - some look like a Kanger T2 (no knurled piece below) which is a top coil and wicking, some have the vision type mouthpiece - not 'bell shaped', but yours looks more like a Kanger T3 - knurled piece, bottom coil - the only thing is that it looks like there's a tapering in the post going up to the mouthpiece (also a T3 type) but with the Kanger T3 there is no such tapering. So it's likely a new (or older) version or a knockoff of the T3. If it vapes like a Kanger T3 aka Tabac BCC, then you should be good to go!
That's called the CE8 and it uses SS mesh on the middle that's why it has two holes on the center tube
and the battery it's just an ego style battery CE8 it's the name of the tank but I have no idea how it vapes should be good since it's SS mesh..

Some information on CE8 below if you're interested. Personally I would recommend you give the BCCs (e.g. EVOD) a try.
