Ego charger safety question?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to get my old ego going for a friend and I don't have the original charger. I bought a ego charger off madvapes and I have a usb wall charger that says output of DC 5v 1A 5W Max input AC 100-240V 50/60Hz 0.15A. And the ego charger is input DC 5V 500mA and output DC 4.2 420mA. Is this OK to use to charge the ego?

I read Stories and don't want to blow it up.

Looks pretty good to me. It matches up to the Joye charging equipment I have for the most part.
