I got my EGO last week (I love it!), I was looking for charging cases and I can only find them for the normal 510, does anyone have any recommendations for EGO charging cases?

don't think that exists yet... Have a look at the jantyworld subforum, the only thing they seem to be working on is a special eGo carry case of some sorts.
With the battery being what it is in the eGo I'd guess they thought it's not worth the hassle to make a special recharging case for it. 2 batteries should be easily getting you through the day.

Yeah that makes sense, the batteries on these things are pretty epic, I'm just looking for something to conveniently carry around my extra accessories. One thing I thought would be cool would be an e-cig belt holster because I don't like putting it in my pocket in fear that the button will get pressed.
What are other people using to haul these things around?

It fits my EGO, spare battery and drops perfectly. It's a little bulky but super convenient.

Haven't seen the need for one. My eGo batteries last 8-10 hours. Take one with and take along a charged one. You're good for the day.
