Ego cones and clearomizer

Can someone tell me if there is a clearomizer that will fit inside the ego cone and not stick out too much at the top?
Sorry I have no idea about this, but I know I want some kind of tank system that can be hidden by the cone.
I'm not sure the cartomizers will hold enough liquid.

I think gotvapes sells a big bore cone that their fluxomizers and phoenix fit through, not sure how far out of the top it will stick. I know thier phoenix tank has a nice little sleeve that fits over the tank like the cone over a carto and it has a nice little pen cap as well for it. If you take your stock Ego Cone and if you have a belt sander lay the sander down on your work bench or the floor belt side up and turn on and grind just a little bit of the top of your cone until whatever carto you want to use fits perfectly through it, done deal

I haven't seen anything that does what you say. The clearomizers stick out of the cone quite a bit. I really like the Phoenix BC 1.5ml Clearo from gotvapes, but I don't like the way it looks sticking out of my ego big bore cone. If you find something I'd like to know what it is.
