eGo-CTwist with tank

I changed to the eGo-CTwist with a tank about a month ago and absolutely love it! One small problem; the carto part of the tank occasionally seem to run dry. I'm sure it's because of sporatic heavy vaping on my part. The question is; can I enlarge the hole in the carto slightly to allow quicker wicking of the juice into the carto or do I run the risk of flooding the carto? Outside of this small and occasional issue, the system rocks!

I made the hole in mine a little bigger, works fine as long as I keep the tank at least half full.

Im using a j tank on my ego twist. I've noticed that the filler on the top of the carto is always dry, rather the tank is full or almost empty. Even letting it sit over
Night it is still dry. Maybe this is normal, I'm not sure. I notice when I top it off I get much better hits.

Im about to upgrade to the twist myself. Currently have a 1000mah passthrough but am dying to experiment with VV.
