I have not heard of an adapter that converts external to internal. If I understand you correctly, you are looking for a eGo>510 adapter?

That said, I have never heard of internal threads being worn out--and I have eGo-class batteries that are two years old. Are you sure your threads are worn out? Is it possible that they are just dirty and don't make contact anymore? Give them a good cleaning with a soft toothbrush dipped in 91% Isopropyl alcohol and see if that helps.

Like in the picture. 510 inner threads are broken. I cant connect any 510 device. I can only use the outer threads.

@julopy that adapter uses 510 inner to connect to battery i think.

Adapter must use outer threads of battery and I must be able to connect 510 devices to other side of the adapter.

Does this adapter work? Does it's larger part fit to the outer thread?

Hi - are the threads completely stripped or is there some contact but the device is wobbly?

I updated your post to my most recent image :)

I had the same problem on my lame V1 Vamo, I took a pair of pliers and squeezed the 510 connection just a bit to make it just slightly oblong, 510's hold fine now.

Just a temporary fix until I can re-thread or rebuild it.

Inner threads are %70 stripped. It can barely hold but if you shake or move a little bit it detaches.

I can hold it with my hand it's working.

Ego/thread cone will not work because threads are worn you can pull it easily without rolling. I have Kanger Protank's cone it does not work.

Will this 801 to 510 adapter will work? I mean does 810 threads fit my external threads?

Hi,
I enjoyed this discussion. I learned a lot. I'm new to the forum but not vaping.
I have the same problem on some of my batts. My 510 riva's and my 510 adapters
for my 901 riva's. I'm going to try the crimping suggestion. I have 2 mods and I'm
waiting on my 1st kit of Ego's. I hope they fit my vivi novas and 510 clearo's. From
your great pic's, I think they will.

I used very heavy carto tank with this battery. Inside my bag it was bended from the connection then I realizer that tank did not fit to battery anymore.

But when I plug it inclined little bit it could hold. I used it for a while but this causes to wear inner thread in every move. So inner threads can not be used anymore.

And I think there is no adapter that can be attached to external threads. I can still use Kanger T3 or TABAC BCC with this battery...

The adapter that you need is not available. The only suggestion I have is to buy a 510-510 adapter and either solder in into the stripped 510 thread OR apply small dabs of metal adhesive to the old stripped 510 threads and immediately attach the 510-510 adapter in. Do not apply too much adhesive as you will need a good metal to metal connection.

you may want to try a 510 to ego adapter.

you can buy it for $1.95 free shipping $1.95 510/EGO/EGO-T/EGO-C/CE4/CE5 E-cigarette/ Atomizer Convertor Adapter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

or get it from a us vendor here for $1.99 plus shipping Adaptors

I'm having the same stripped thread problems, and I hate to throw out a perfectly good battery. If I get one of these puppies and manage to get it screwed in tight with a dab of metal adhesive, will the battery still charge OK?

I guess I need to quit changing flavors so often and wearing out the threads!
