A couple of days ago I bought an ego gt, it has an atomizer with a wick on each end.
Wow e cigs have come along way. I got it for fifteen quid from cash convertor an although it is only vv up to 4.2 it packs damn good volume. Even compared to my curve vt60 an I stick 100.
Ego gt, an twist models are very good value for money an excellent to use in the pub or work.
Would recommend to any new vapor users.
