I was browsing through fasttech's website today and I see a lot of different eGos...eGo-T, eGo-C (which is what I have), eGo-K, eGo-W, eGo-Q, eGo-V. All come with a choice of mAhs, some have patterns/colors on the body,

Is there some difference between these models, or are they all eGos and the different letter signifies the pattern, color, etc.?

All ego batteries are interchangeable. The letters denote the atomizer type, i.e. -W are the pen styles with fat clearomizers.

So tanks that fit my eGo-C will fit on any eGo type battery?

Yes, all eGo threading is the same. Worst naming convention ever imo.... They are labeled by an accessory that most people don't ever use or even own lol.

That is hysterical! And the mahs and the ohms and the 901, 808, 505, the cartamizer, atomizer, tank, clear, boge, kanger, shenzen. Etc.....what the heck, now add the30/70-50/50 vg,pg use to mean you were expecting a child. Isnt there a song about all this "why does it have to be so complicated ". I almost forgot mods, that was almost hippy only neater, like Twiggy. I hate the smell of smoke now, but it sure was a lot simpler, all you needed was a cigarette and a light!
