eGo-K 1100mah won`t vape....

Hi!
I just got a eGo-K 1100mah in the mail. I charged it up, filled the tank and screwed it on, but no vape... The battery lights up when I take a drag, so I guess the battery is not the problem.. Can any of you help me with this please???

Have you tried screwing it in a few different times...sometimes looser and tighter? I have one tank that is temperamental and has to be screwed in "just right."
