eGo LCD Manual Battery

I just received an eGo LCD Manual battery and I am having problems with it. This is my first battery with an LCD display. I have tried 3 known good atomizers on it and it will not produce vapor. According to the LCD display, it has a full charge. Also, when I plug it into the charger, the light turns green. I am not sure if it is manufacturer defect or if I am doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide in this matter.

EDIT: Support at LiteCigUSA helped me troubleshoot and we determined it is a bad battery. They are shipping me a new one.

IDK if you sent it back already but you should try raising the center pin on the battery. Use something small like a paper clip and slide it up under the center post of the battery and somewhat gently pull it up a little (it's the part at the bottom of the threads on the battery that makes contact with the atomizer). Sometimes these are set down to low and dont make contact with the center post of the atomizer. You can also pull out the center post on the atomizer a little and see if that helps. I am like 90% sure thats what your problem is.
