Ok...I did it. Bought the eGo LR Cartomizer Kit and got it today. Now the questions begin lol.

1. I filled a couple of the cartos with my juices. Excellent TH and vapor. However, when I went to store one of the cartos by putting the condoms back on it (so it wouldnt dry out), the juice is being forced out from the pressure from both condoms. Is there a better 'solution' for storing and carrying them?

2. Obviously with the LR cartos, the vapor is warmer, and it seems to change the flavor of the juice a bit (currently vaping English Toffee). What flavors do you like with an LR carto? Any seem to 'improve' with the warmer vapor?

Thats it for now. More questions sure to come as I continue playing with my new toy :) Thanks in advance.

1. IF any there might be a bit of leak from applying the condom at first but only then. It shouldn't continue to leak....

2. LR means more heat and the amount of heat will mean various things according to the flavor. Some light flavors will be washed out by the LR's, some heavier flavors will be enhanced. Some light flavors will taste burnt and some strong flavors will be diminished by lower wattages - eg. a high resistance atty such as a 4.2 or 5 ohm atty used with high voltage mods would render no flavor if used on an eGo battery for instance (runs at @3.2/3.4volts)

Before you totally dismiss a flavor - you should try it on lower wattages (say 4.5-6 Watts) and higher wattages (6-10 Watts). There are some flavors (a few - RY4 for example) that seem to taste good (if you like the basic flavor) at all wattages but it may taste a bit different at low vs. high.

The flavors that I use that are enhanced by the heat are coffee/espresso/cappuccino - which, imo, need the most heat, then the tobacco, cigar, pipe flavors (my DV's Habana Reserve and Real Tabs (tabs being Brit for tobacco). BWB 'Applewood' more of a 'pipe blend' than a 'fruit flavor' responds well to heat. vanilla, banana, cherry, melon, berries do well at lower wattage.

Thanks alot Kent. I have absolutely loved english toffee in my 808. But like you said, running it at LR just seems to eliminate the flavor. When I tried a raspberry in the LR, it was absolutely phenomenal. Which leads to my next question. Its the cartos that produce the LR, correct? Not the batteries? So I should be able to get some standard resistance cartos, or even just an 808 adapter, and continue to enjoy my toffee?

Yes. It's the coil in the attys and cartos that have the resistance (although now there's a misnamed, imo, 'LR battery' which is meant to be USED WITH LR attys/cartos :) But yeah - you have your voltage from your battery, then the ohms (resistance) from the coil of the attys and cartos which gives you the total wattage. The formula is Volts/ohms X Volts. Here's a cheat sheet:
